Diana, thank you so much for continuing with the mega motivation collab. I enjoyed watching your minimal kitchen tour and OMG! I could not believe how spare it is. It is certainly going to be easier to keep things where they belong. I've been working at clearing out some of the stuff I've got in my kitchen. I've got way too much. I got started with my top pantry shelf but I've got a long, long , long way to go! Very nicely done. Thank you.
Wow, this was so fun! Thank you for sharing. I am so not a minimalist, but I love the intention behind it. I am constantly evaluating what we have in our kitchen & trying to pair things down. I LOVE cooking & entertaining so we do have quite a bit more than you. BUT, regardless, I am beyond inspired! We have far too many things out on our counters that I would like to find different homes for (or someone else's home!) I am curious, what was your little note taped up next to your sink? bible verse? grocery list? I am extra nosy ;)
Hi Diana, have you done any videos on your diastasis recti and your exercise program results? I was diagnosed with pretty severe (3 fingers+) separation and am not sure where to go next with it.
I did the Every Mother program as well as PT! Both EXTENSIVELY. I unfortunately have not seen much results with either, but a little progress for sure! I also had/have 3+ fingers!
I enjoyed your minimalist kitchen tour. At first, I didn't understand all the whooshing sounds but then I scrolled all the way up and saw they corresponded with titles entering and leaving the screen. 🤦♀
Haha! I don't edit my own videos, but I think that's a thing editors do to help direct people's attention back to the screen if there's text to read if they're just listening to a video? If you didn't like the whooshing, I am ALWAYS open to feedback! haha
