I love your minimalist makeup. I can live with just One lip color, 3 blushes, 2 foundations and one face powder, one to 3 things of each category but I can not say the same about eyeshadows. I have 70 round singles from Mac, Anastasia, Makeup geek and Senna cosmetics. Some people would consider this not minimalist but to me it it because I keep them in a book palette that I made with very strong magnets, it holds 35 eyeshadows on each side and very compact not bulky I love it. I store it like a normal book and it looks very minimalist and organized in my opinion better than having different palettes and taking more space or with colors that I don't care for. I have 2 of 4 well palletes from Anastasia that I can fill when I travel.

And I've got the same custom MAC palette, too! 😍 I used to have Kid as well, but now I use Bobbi Brown Sable for that. Love that your brushes are all from one brand! That was also what I was aiming for, but I ended up with two brands... 😅
I try to be more conscious about my makeup collection so my inspiration is to have a similar collection to yours, it looks like the perfect amount to have, I bought so much makeup based of makeup gurus recommendations and I try to use them up and minimize it!
Just looked up that Skin79 BB Cream and it looks amazing -- might have to try that when my Thrive one runs out! Is it buildable? Or pretty light coverage?
My perfect bold red is the Revlon lipstick in fire & ice!!!!!!!!!!! (Revlon did come out with lip tint things and the one is in fire & ice, but it is not like the lipstick) The lipstick is so pigmented and it is the color of.......................oh a youtube subscribe button lol, but it actually is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh my gosh, that's commitment! Do you find yourself using up all the colors? I always struggle with large pallets because when I use up my favorite colors then I stop using it as much.
@@AnnaGraziella yes!! Every single color gets used. I use blackheart as an eyeliner and Darkside in my brows. The other colors just work perfectly for me, I've found a way to wear all of them and everytime I think I want to try something new, it doesn't work out nearly as well. It will be in my stash as long as they keep making it.
I could never. I could nevef narrow down my cheek products,primerd and eyeshadows. Foundation, concealer, powder, lips products, eyebrow products and lash products i could narrow it down to 2 but never the cheek products.
I feel like if I were on a deserted island I’d want something that isn’t just pretty but almost essential? I would want a chapstick, maybe a tinted chapstick if I was like oh let’s make me cuter- haha. I refuse to have dry lips! Maybe some form of sunblock/ or bb cream with sunblock in it, I’m on an island! Ahhh! Andddd my eyelash curler- because I always feel like curled lashes make the eyes pop. And as a bonus? A face moisturizer/ again that sun is beaming- like that’s all I can see in my mind. Keep your face moisturized. 😌K the end. 😊
I have 14 eyeshadow palettes, 10 foundations, about 30-40 lipsticks... it is a lot for me and i would really like to be able to reduce my collection but i honestly i cannot bring myself to do it so i just think i'll try to use up the products and not buy others.
@@timeea2624 I work in healthcare and it’s been a stressful year. I’m a respiratory therapist. Colorful eyeshadow, nails, and hair has been my saving grace for my sanity!
I don’t, but I probably should use one. My skin isn’t too oily so I find products stay on pretty well, but I do get some slippage by the end of the day.
That’s a good point - I was mostly referencing the Thrive CC Cream, though Shape Tape is a bit lighter coverage than the IT Cosmetics concealer. I have some serious dark circles so always looking for good coverage on the concealer front :)
I just threw away my eyelash curler because i never use it due to the fact that im kindof a germophobe lol I dont like that they go so close to your eyes. 👀
