I've downsized as well. Still trying to get down to 5 palettes I have 8 shadow palettes and definitely know which one is out next.

I am glad this helps with with your journey :) What I also really like about minimalism is that I am a lot more mindful about what I buy now. Before I really wanted to try all these products that RU-vidrs were recommending. Now, I feel pretty contempt with what I already have

@@Ladyblue_official that’s great to hear. 😊 I’ve not been interested in a new release for ages, and what I have been interested in I’ve been able to dupe with things I already own. 🙂 I’m working through products slowly, which is great, and really working with what I have to figure out what I like. It’s going to be a long journey I think, but I’m ready for it 😊

That Catrice brow pencil is my favorite eyebrow pencil! Haha, it’s cool toned and just perfect for me, personally! So affordable as well! 🙂 I usually prefer luxury makeup, but whenever I find a drugstore product that is equally as good, I’m so happy! 😉👍

Although, I have to say, a bronzer makes a huge difference in how my skin looks. I’m super pale and so I spend years searching for a perfect light bronzer that’s not orange. And I found it - Airbrush bronzer in the shade Fair from Charlotte Tilbury is my go-to, holy grail bronzer. I just placed an order for a refill and because I really wanted to try her cream bronzer (the newest Sunkissed cream bronzer) in the shade Fair today as well, because that one is cool toned, which is interesting, and I usually look best in cool toned makeup anyways, I decided to get that one, too. Now I’m good with bronzers for years to come. I need to throw out two of the other ones I have that are too orange (one is Physician’s Formula Butter bronzer and the other one is from a Slovenian brand). There is no need to keep those two, I just don’t like throwing products that I haven’t finished in the trash, even though I know for a fact I will never use them. I love your videos!! 😊❤

And now you are making me want to buy the Dior concealer! 😅 I won’t buy it. Well, not until I ran out of my Maybelline Age Rewind ones (I have one in the lightest shade and one in the Brightener shade - when I really don’t get enough sleep I use that one because it’s color correcting). I been wanting to try the Beautiful Skin Radiant concealer from Charlotte Tilbury, or the Magic Away concealer, because I really love her products so much. We’ll see. I’m good for now. 🙂 Minimalism was actually something I was born into, in a way. My single mom and I didn’t have much money growing up, so even if my mom wanted it she couldn’t afford to be anyone else than a minimalist. My grandma helped us out a lot, and she still helps my mom a lot, they live together. I moved out and I work in a caffè and I thankfully have a decent paying job there. But I digress… I never was and will be a hoarder. I did go through a phase of buying a little too much makeup (although for someone else my spending would be minimum to them even then), and I recently stopped myself. That happens when you gain a bit of money after years of having none - you tend to spend a little more, but eventually you realize that money is a tool that can help you in life and you can help others with it as well. I much rather donate to an animals shelter or some kind of charity instead of doing huge hauls. Lovely channel, I agree wholeheartedly with this mentality. 🥰 I enjoyed watching this declutter and was actually inspired by it myself.

Haha, honestly I am so in love with Dior Concealer, that now nothing really compares to it for me :) Give it a try at some point! I have a feeling you might enjoy it as well. My parents also taught me to be minimal, to reduce my waste, and to pass along extra things that I have to those who need it more than I do. I also, had that phase in the early days of RU-vid when I was buying a lot of makeup, cause I saw all these recommendations from beauty gurus. But now I have things that I like and I don't blindly buy things anymore. Glad you liked this video and thank you for your continuous support 🥰

Dior makes my favorite perfume as well, and it’s called Dior Poison Girl. I currently have a back up of that one as well. 😊 I also love Black Opium by YSL, Carolina Herrera Good Girl (which is the strongest and most unique) and from affordable ones I really like Fancy by Jessica Simpson. Smells really feminine and I would never tell it’s a celebrity scent.

Oh I also like Carolina Herrera VIP 212 perfume, it's difficult to find it these days in Germany though. I don't know if they discontinued it or if it's the problem only here

lovely collection! This would be my minmalist goal right now, I'm getting close but not quite there yet...Right now I'm 10 palettes and my goal is to get to 5 and same with blushes! Everything else I keep to just 2-3 and just repurchase as needed

Thank you 😊Its also great to use up products that you already have as much as possible. I have not just thrown away my collection in one day. It was years of using up and slowly getting rid of what I have. It's easier with skincare, but makeup takes forever 😅 So, I set myself an "expiration date" for it.
