Hi, clothing that can't be donated I throw away. If I decide to declutter, I try to make sure these things leave my apartment as soon as possible. Our brain works that way-if you know you have these clothes stored somewhere in your house (or garage), it can create a mental block. You may keep thinking, 'What if I need them later?' or 'Maybe I'll find a way to fix them.' But in reality, it just adds clutter, both physically and mentally. If they're not useful anymore and can't be donated or sold, it's okay to release them. The space you gain is worth it, and the act of tossing them helps reinforce that you're truly moving forward. It might feel tough at first, but the peace of mind is rewarding.

@@marinlog Those are very good tips 😇 I still hope next time you need to toss clothes like those that you'll film it as I guess it's already too late for those 🥲 No one films while discarding clothes so I guess my brain can't associate them as normal trash 🤭
