I think no face wash can helps in reducing acne. It's your lifestyle and diet which really impacts on acne. 1. Maintain a good gut health. 2. Don't use harsh face wash which may worsen the acne breakouts. 3. Change the pillow covers regularly. 3. Don't rub/touch you face with dirt hands. 4. maintain saprate towel for face wash. 5. Sleep good 7-8hrs. 6. Try to quit Sugar, Any dairy items. 6. try meditation, yoga and stretching. 7. remember acne is not a big thing to worry about. Stay calm, have some patience and stay happy.Acne should never impact on your confidence and mental health.

Before buying any skincare product, remember everyone's skin is different and will react differently to various products. I bought this face wash with high hopes of using it daily, but it broke my skin barrier. I could only use it every other day, and now half of it is sitting in my closet, wasted.
