Great video! Have been looking for more content on Goral sneakers and have a pair on the way. My primary concern with some of these Brands is a combination of the wait and then the sizing . I have spent a lot in shipping and restocking fees as fit is not always consisten and have sent back a lot of pairs. Many brands also don't have half sizes ( or only on certain models) so often swimming or squeezed. Paul Evans are by far the best looking sneakers I have tried but sadly need a half size so back they went.
@@gocatbert Luckily, both Goral and Crown Northampton carry half sizes unlike the Margom based made in Italy options. They both run a bit small I’d say though. I’m an 11.5 brannock, and the 11UK Goral fits well and I’m sure I could wear an 11.5uk comfortably. The Crown I have is 10.5uk, and if I got another one, it would be 11UK.
@@CsawBoots I haven't used a Brannock since the old school shoe store days of my youth 😀and not 100% sure of Brannock size. Historically wear a 11US in athletic shoes and 10-10.5-11-11.5 in everything else dependent on sizing. Upon the advice from Goral Customer Support, I ordered a 10.5UK. I received the Skelton in Green Canvas this week. Beautiful Shoes out of the box and construction appears high quality. They are on the larger side and have to wear thick socks to get a solid fit and with dress socks am slipping around. Will see how they wear and stretch (or not) in the coming weeks. I probably will consider a pair of Mellors but would probably lean toward a 10 UK.
@@waynereid6103 CNH can’t be beat on quality. I’d put the Goral sneakers right behind them. Ask the Crown options have a destiny distinctly Crown Northampton look. So, the Goral sneakers may be a good option if you are looking for an under the radar aesthetic as well.
I have the whole cut black with gumsole sneakers. The leather quality is amazing. The only thing it took about 10 wears before it got broken in. My feet hurts while walking on it but, after the break in period, it felt amazing on my feet - and it such a beautiful shoes. I also had to insert shoe trees to stretch them (I have wide feet).
