MINIMALISTIC Memory Keeping : Give Yourself Permission To Do It Your Way!

I memory plan in my planner. So I take 4 pictures from the week or there are more on a family adventure and print them off on a 4x6 picture. I don't decorate like scrapbookers seem to do, but do use some scrapbook paper to set off the pictures. I have 2017, working on 2018, still need to print 2019, add some to 2020, but have finished 2021, 2022 and obviously working on 2023.

It's sorta like Becky Higgins Project life. She has journal cards, albums, page protectors. She also does it digitally.

I agree. I just started ordering from FreePrints every 3 months, that way its even less intimidating

Thank you for sharing this, I needed to hear it. I have so many photos and use to scrapbook the same way, but with 10 grandbabes and homeschooling- there isn’t any time to keep up with it all. Each of my boys and grandkids had their own albums. Last Christmas I gave them their albums and I am trying to do a different way. I think I found it. Thank you

Memory keeping is almost the only time I consistently use stickers and washi. I do mine in a planner and I've been in such a slog with it over the last year, but I still love it. I have worried though that the adhesive will wear off years down the road and ruin entire years of work. I don't know if I'll do it forever but my husband loves that I do it and keeps encouraging me to continue.

Love this. I’ve been looking for an album and this one is perfect. I’m doing some creative journals for holidays but have decided to do photo albums for the rest of the year because it’s just too much work otherwise :)
