If you look at alex during mostly the whole video he looks like he is giving an ear to ksi and listening to him but not actually taking what he says seriously he just thinks ksi is too excited and selfish, he probably wanted everything to be kept simple for the face off and later on for the fight he will do the talking probably, i promise you even alex knows ksi have bigger chance of winning because my man is feeling like a monster so alex better get his anger out too during the boxing or he would just be destroyed like ksi mentioned to him

Alex already has a win just managing to get this fight and he did it by smartly fighting Deji to get to JJ. Another thing is he set traps for JJ in this Face to Face. He caught him with the "Come down to 175" and with other things. Everything he did say was good he just didn't say much.

i had such a hard time getting through this face off because Alex never reciprocated JJ’s energy (though alex has never been the shit-talk type) and it made JJ seem SO much more aggressive. i know we’re all confident he’ll win, and he’s hyping up the fight, but can you imagine the slight chance he loses and now there’s clips of JJ waffling every 5 minutes about how he’s gonna destroy him, cutting Alex off, and Alex just saying he’s happy to compete 💀 who knows man lol.

Y’all need to remember Alex wanted the fight for years. Was talking shit on podcasts saying he’ll humble JJ. So now that JJ is not only confident and talking his shit for the fight and Alex is acting quiet, calm and collected but in reality he’s trying to figure out his game plan, make sure he’s not letting JJ’s words get to him, and when the fight happens makes sure he puts up a good fight

JJ was so unlikable in this, which makes sense that’s his persona. He was the villain in the Joe fight and he has said he likes playing the villain before.
