The only minister who has not only acknowledged his mistakes, but has also paid his dues and is now using his new found favour to save the youth from challenges he himself once found himself in. You are the definition of undeterred, resilience & optimism! As a young SA citizen, I can’t remember the last time I was this excited about the future of this nation, ek wil somer met jou huil! Brother.... Please bring Physical Education teachers back into schools, and get PE back into the school curriculum.... When the ANC removed PE teachers from schools, that was criminal... There was no specialist to teach sports skills anymore... As an ex PE teacher, I can tell you that non-specialists cannot do justice wrt teaching, coaching, administration of sport....

Congratulations Gayton, please start in our schools from primary to high schools and make sports compulsory. Once there's sports, there's discipline.

I'm very happy to see Gayton appointed Minister of Sports Arts & Culture. I grew up in Soweto and am a little older than Gayton, and have seen how our fellow coloured brothers and sisters have been excluded from the ANC government appointments, coloured townships neglected with public infrastructure including roads delapidated and falling apart. Now to see Gayton, a coloured brother, being appointed a Minister for such an important portfolio, is extremely pleasing. The man deserves to be in Cabinet because he's a hard worker and a self-made, very down to earth and practical man who's concerned about ALL South Africans and the dignity and integrity of our country and its citizens. He's not a selfish power hungry populist like some clowns we know who are misleading the youth, and I'm happy that they are not part of the GNU because they are toxic and destructive, and only think of themselves and their friends. Here, with Gayton, we are talking about a man that puts the country first, and not himself first. Thank you President Ramaphosa for your vision. This time you showed vision and firmness of a leader by putting the country first, and not the ANC before the country like most in the ANC wanted you to do. You showed that you are the President for ALL South Africans. God bless you, the new cabinet and South Africa.

You are a champion in that area and you know from A-Z in that are.
