Fantastic review! It doesn't look like the Kinetic Pant, size 28 on you would comfortably fit a phone, wallet, etc. in the front pockets. Can you confirm?
I bought pants from MoS. Wear and tear began after a few days of use. In the 10th month the seat of the pants split. When I told them, MoS said that I should to X, Y, and Z tailoring it and send in the tailor's receipt for a credit to buy more from MoS! All that work for another money grab by them. It seems like a poor business model. Do you disagree?
what kind of wear and tear? and what were you doing to cause them to become distressed after just a few days? and I have no comment as to their business model. I simply tried out some of their clothing and left my thoughts in this review.
@@gentwithin first there was piling up of the fabric. And a very small stain that didn't wash out. Here is what they told me to do about the pilling: "With regards to the pilling, we suggest using a pilling brush. Pilling is often caused by friction, either from rough washing cycles or abrasive detergents. In some cases, we've heard others using an electric fabric shaver, or razor dragging it across the fabric to remove the pills." When I split the seat of the pants it was whilst squatting down with large objects in my arms. Kinda like when you move any furniture or appliances. Their response is as follows: 'No worries, any local tailor should know how to stitch the pant's seam and we'd be more than happy to have the repair fee reimbursed in the form of store credit. Just send us a copy of the itemized receipt and we'll be sure to process your reimbursement right away." Since the comment was posted they've credited the original purchase as $124. I don't like having to use it on MoS again, but they want to make sure they have a chance to keep a customer for the future. I don't even know what their prices have raised too, so I don't know if it's even a good deal if I'm not fully getting an exchange of merch.
