Minivan counter tour | pop out counter |  

My pop out kitchen counter to cook on outside the van. I initially only wanted to go out the side door behind the drivers seat. Once I got over my fear of people watching what I was doing, I have used the pop out counter with great success. One morning while at a campground in Utah, I realize how much joy I got from brewing my coffee on the outdoor pop out counter.
