I had some company install mine and none of the features such as scheduling or music sync are on my app. He basically is telling me I’m blind and don’t see it

I’m very frustrated that what I just bought from Christmas Lights Contractors doesn’t even work with this same app. The pixel dancer app for the Wec3 app isn’t working for me at all, I’ll get it to work for 2 minutes and then it won’t work again.
