I have purchased 16 feet SeaArk bass boat this winter and it came with Minn Kota Powerdrive V1 trolling motor. But there was an issue with foot pedal on it and instead of fixing it, I have decided to upgrade to Minn Kota i-Pilot to get all the cool features it has to offer and not dealing with bad foot pedal.
To complete the upgrade I have purchased PowerDrive V2 control board and i-Pilot upgrade kit from trollingmotorparts.com. The whole upgrade took me 20 minutes to complete as everything is plug and play. The upgrade cost me $615 compare to $1100 new i-pilot trolling motor.
