Not all picturesque places have good fishing too. What a great place to make some memories with the family. I'm sure the kids will hold onto that forever... I know I do! The hospitality of the resort to help you with your water pump is also outstanding. You sure know how to fish and pick a vacation spot👍 Congrats on hitting the 1k mark! You deserve it with all those monsters you pull in. This time your daughter hooked the monster water wolf, but still you all were pulling in some real nice fish. Nice to see a family getting on so well in a confined space like that. We'd probably be at each other's throats😂 Thanks for sharing!

What a great walkthrough of Pine Terrace. Our family has property on the lake and we typically don’t get a chance to view and appreciate the resort from the shoreside angle. As for the smallmouth, last year was the FIRST year we started catching them. In my 40 years of fishing Star, they’ve been gradually migrating in. As for walleye, they are in-deed few and far between-but…they’re elusive! And big! I’ve caught only two in my life there; a 6lb and 9lb. There are schools of them this size if you snorkel or have a keen eye to catch them in the shallows before they scurry away. Grats on the pike!! Biggest I’ve even seen come out of there💪💪💪Looks like you caught it over the weedy shallows between the north and south bays of Little Star; that’s a hot spot! So much underwater geography there. The pike love them weeds and she kept it out of them!! 6:48 we JUST started fishing with those wacky wigs last year for the first time. Fish in the lake go NUTS for them!! Wish we knew about them over the decades. 10:54 nice bass!! Glad you spent a lot of time in Little Star; there so many seclusive quiet bays to stay out of the wind. It’s awesome to see a family appreciate and have such a great wholesome time with the waters our family has been able to appreciate for four generations.
