Glad you reached the same conclusion I did. I was hoping the Wolves would pick up Malik Monk but Dillingham is close enough. It's unreal that GMs would still be worried about whether a player "fits". GMs get paid a lot of money to be this stupid. Connelly is LOL right now. Foreign players aren't taking over jack. They're trying to level up to where the League has been for a long time. Just ask Dirk what it took to compete in the League. That being said, American basketball has a very serious DEVELOPMENT problem. Look no further than Deandre Jordan. He literally had all the talent in the world, Shaq like abilities but zero development because he was always so big. Shaq too was wildly underdeveloped. Even guys like Jason Tatum and Jaylen Brown are underdeveloped.

Dilly will be good but when are people gonna realise the implications of giving away your own first round pick (unprotected)? It completely takes away any flexibility if things were to turn south for the timberwolves by the late 20s. Next thing you're the atlanta hawks wanting to blow it up and tank but it defeats the whole purpose because someone else owns your pick (no coincidence it is san antonio again)
