They defense had to make a turnaround or they was going to have the title as the worst defense ever in NFL history .

That 50 point loss feels like years ago now

A complete 180?! I'd say they got lucky yesterday...Dobbs had so much time and space to throw the ball throughout that game. Compare that to the lack of support Wilson got from his teammates, where he was having to get rid of the ball throughout (2-12 on third down is awful) I'm glad they won, but there's still a LOT of work to do from a defensive perspective. Just because they didn't give up 70 points, it doesn't mean that their defence is watertight all of a sudden.

@@bngmob lets be honest - Broncos still aren't playing great football. That win over Buffalo was extremely lucky when push came to shove with the ruling of the extra man on the field. Yesterday, they were 2-12 on third down, and 1-5 in the red zone. Of course, the result is the main thing here, but the main takeaways here were just how much time and space Dobbs had to pick out his runners, compared to just how little protection Russell Wilson was given by his teammates - the Vikings were all over him like a rash, compared to the Broncos, who couldn't get near to Dobbs most of the game. There is still a lot of work that needs to be done - it's great that they have a 4 game winning streak, but they won't go too much further playing like this.

I wish, but all we go is kick field goals, our defense isn’t good enough to win games that way. But hey, I ain’t complaining.

I'll never understand why teams switch up their defense in the final minutes. All prevent, allowing 15 yards underneath every play 🤦 three plays later teams are within scoring distance. Its so stupid, just stick with what your doing all game.

Broncos offense has improved from weak to mediocre level, so they are able to not let down the defense that improved from laughing matter to turnover generating solid unit.

Except that team only lost 4 games. But the gritty defense is similar, minus the ability to stop the run as well.

That defense was the best defense in all of the modern era after the 2000 Ravens. It's not fair to compare any team to the 2015 Broncos. That being said, as a Broncos fan, I'm keeping my expectations low until they prove themselves.

Nathaniel Hackett accomplished nothing as a bronco ! He is supposedly an offensive minded coach , and do you know what our ppg was with him ? 16 ppg . He was just lucky to have Rodgers in his time there as a packer . Sean Payton is having a serious effect on the culture of this team and that is what we desperately needed

4 check downs for 40 yards and 3 first and a chuck up to Sutton. Russ was a no show all game his players around him just made plays on a tired team. Athletes in sports that aren't from Denver always tire out def helped em in the 4th.

The ball hawking defense that continues to keep this team in the game just like last year. Happy for the winning streak but no one owes Wilson an apology. We winning but we still not getting what we paid for. The difference this year is wilson has cut down on errors.

I'm a huge Brincos fan here. This was all on the defense. Russell didn't look good and I'm terrified everytime he holds onto the ball. Yea he stepped up at the end, but this game was mostly the defense. Same as the last 3 games
