MAM Please Differece between promoter and major public share holder eg promoter have 2% and one individual have 52% And other have 45% are other Then who are owner of company Please answer

Check the definition of Promoter in ICDR. It states 3 conditions. If any one os satisfied, a person can be classified as promoter. Out of those 3, one is if the person who has control over the company. Even the term control is defined. In practice if a person has more than 50% Voting Rights we can conclude that the person in controlling the company. So in your case if one individual has 52%, by definition he can be classified as promoter of the company. Now if the person with 2% is already classified as promoter then the company may require to do re classification of its promoter under LODR

what determines which shareholders get to keep the revenue generated from the business? Is that determined by whether or not they are common stock holders vs majority holders?

Revenues are either re-invested in the business (in which case presumably the share price increases) or given back to the shareholders in the form of dividends (no distinction between majority and minority shareholders). Majority shareholders can have more influence on the strategic decisions, but they can't differentiate when it comes down to revenues redistribution.
