What sucks is that doctors recommend getting exercise in to keep healthy but the moment i start sweating i start looking like and alien it makes me ashamed to go to the gym

As s men, i can feel your fight and pain.. im fighting with hairloss too, just had hairtransplant, i hope so everything goes well.. i have suicidal thougts constantly, i m litelary trying to unkill myself every day couse i hope everything will go well...

@@sanaael4946 u know while we grow up our immune system getting weak for many reason.. bad food or something else..so I'm saying if we look into that maybe we can treat it well.. what about 50000 ui vitamin d3 with vitamin k2 some people treat immune system by just taking over dose (make search about frist) Maybe it's good start.
You look like an useless person who has time to loose writing rude comment to someone sharing her painful experience to help others. Put a wig on top of your conciousness, it won't fix your stupidity problem, but at least it will hide it.
