Ingredient for Fresh Mint Mojito
Fresh Mint Leaves (ताज़ा पुदीना के पत्ते ) - 800 gms
Lemon( नींबू ) - 1 kg ( 24 )
Sugar (चीनी ) - 1 kg
How to make Fresh Mint Mojito :
1. Take sugar in a vessel, add water to it. Turn on flame let it cook until sugar dissolves, stir at intervals.
2. Take lemons, cut and extract juice from them in a bowl, also wash and clean fresh mint leaves.
3. Meanwhile check the syrup if it forms thread and is dense. Add 1 tbsp lemon juice to the syrup. 3 thread syrup is ready.Turn off flame.
4. Put mint leaves in mixer jar, add lemon juice, grind finely. Take out in a bowl. Add lemon juice.
5. As syrup cools, add grinded mint leaves and lemon juice to it. Mix well.
6. Strain the pulp with a strainer, separate the pulp.
7. Fill the syrup in a bottle and use for a perfect drink.
Serving :
8. Put ice cubes in a glass, Add 3 tbsp fresh Mint Mojito syrup. Add soda, a lemon slice and mint leaves too. Relish this fresh Mohito anytime.
