Miquita Oliver talks skipping, podcasting and her next challenge 

Broadcaster Miquita Oliver is all about community. So when she started skipping in lockdown, she used it as a tool to connect with the people around her. Now, with her friends and her brand ROPES, she’s going into schools, at events and plans to change how skipping ropes are made.
