Maybe there's someone already kill it before you came you need to wait again the respawn. there's no fix time of respawn its depends on wat time killed

additional info for this video you can use the badge that you buy from secret peak to summon the boss immediately but its a 5 man party boss or you just wait others to do it and just attack the boss like wat i do in the video .
