saw this whole movie last night on tcm, its the best!

Preston wrote this movie with Betty Hutton in mind. It is classic comedy from the golden age. Betty and Eddie teamed up 4 times in the early '40s. They made a good comedy team. Don't make 'em like this anymore.

I own this movie on dvd.. ti is really good if ou like decent and funny.

This is the 2nd most hilarious scene from this film (the most hilarious one has unfortunately disappeared from RU-vid once again). Only Sturges can build up a perfectly normal '40s scene into a sidesplittingly hysterical one in less than two minutes. By the time Norman falls down, I do too! :D
