I am new to Reiki, and I would like to know what exactly is happening during the nights I play this video. I feel the energy waves surrounding and penetrating me, but what exactly is happening? do these energy waves remove negative energy blocks? And is it okay to replay this every night? The energy goes to where you need it most. How everyone perceived it is different. They may remove energetic blocks if that is what is needed. One question: Could I turn down my light of my lap top to zero so the lieght is off and the video is still playing ? Does it have the same effect, cause so you can better sleep while the video is playing .... thank you :)
There is something I do not understand. Am I supposed to watch the video or just play it and go on with other tasks.? It is not so easy to watch a mute video, basically you are gazing at a picture. Please, let me know how this works Thanks
Although it is best to sit down, close your eyes, and relax during a videos session, you can do other things in the same room and will still receive the energy. Best Regards, Richard
