.....And while 1980s mainstream music was universally shite (although what is going on today make even Duran Duran sound like Jimi Hendrix. But I digress), the underground was producing classics like this here record. Do not forget the album it comes from, "Inside out", just brilliant from start to finish. I played it so much back in 1986, 87, as a garage-obsessed teenager, full volume of course, so that my parents and all the neighbours could appreciate it too :-D
These guys are great. It’s taken way too long for me to comment. I met the lead singer in the late 80s when I was college radio deejaying, and he was super cool, nice guy. This band was awesome and is underrated.

Must be the best garage band of the 80's. So many great songs Not revival but actual. As much as I like 60's stuff there is too many uninteresting copy cats bands around. Yeah!!.

Who wrote this song? The albums do not contain the lyrics and in most songs, the vocals are indistinct. If someone doesn't go through song by song, album by album, and transcribe the lyrics, they are going to be lost. I don't understand why this hasn't been done already. ???
We recorded this, and the other songs on our Inside Out album, Thanksgiving, 1984. Album was released 1985. You are hearing just the 4 of us, live, in a studio. No overdubs, just, as-is. I'm on the lead guitar parts, Matt is doing the rhythm guitar.
