Not really... they randomly shoved PTSD and anxiety on her just to make an excuse for her scummy, stalker behavior. Nothing will excuse what she did to Adrien and other people she effected out her creepy obsession with him. It's a pretty bad episode in hindsight, for a lot of reasons.

In all seriousness, she could definitely be a good user of the butterfly miraculous since she’s all about taking action and standing up to bad guys and bullies. She’d be good at using positive emotions to inspire others to join the fight and stand up to the bad guys.

Third of all Chloé's been a bully since the very beginning it's not new. Like AT ALL. Kim also has been shown to be a kind of a jock since season 1. Fourth of all, if you cared to pay attention to the episode you can guess that it's not the pool itself that made her anxious but the context. It happened at the pool which should've triggered a traumatic memory but it didn't, because her "PTSD" Is fake and inconsistent. Marinette is never uncomfortable around Kim and even gave him a miraculous, but he pranked and gave her PTSD? Why would she do that? Because her "PTSD" is random. It makes her look perfect because it tries to make us as an audience be sympathetic towards her and excuse her creepy behaviors. It's not that hard to notice bb. Marinette is always made to look perfect, there are countless examples. Also if she had "PTSD" she wouldn't have gotten over it 5 seconds, lmao.

BFFR. It’s an excuse, not a reason. I would’ve been on board if her PTSD was shown in previous seasons and was apart of her character, but it wasn’t and was only added because Thomas realized Marinette was getting a bunch of hate bc of her stalker behavior. Not to mention PTSD isn’t an excuse for stalking regardless.

he even said himself he had a dream of being a filmmaker and he doesnt even like being the mayor in S4.

Andre never wanted to be the president, he only wanted his family to love him. He gave them everything to make them happy. But he said in season 5 that he has got a cruel daughter and a wife that barely remembers his name. And Zoe is just like him. She only wanted to be excepted as who she is. But her sister is a horrible person, her mom always forgets her existence, and her dad never even calls her. I loved it so much that Andre and Zoe became each other's family even though they aren't related by blood. It was so beautiful. I wanna see more of them becoming dad and daughter.

This episode was a really good character development story for Marinette and it actually made me like her even more😊 (Can’t say the same for Chloe….)

Yeah I know how the director's are to blame for chole not getting character development but I still can't believe people still enjoy chole after watching this episode like yeah chole never appeared like she's worse than Hitler and yeah never appeared as a murder but seriously just because the writers made her worse than Hitler doesn't mean you can still enjoy her and yeah the Fandom calls out Marinette for not taking consequences for her actions and yeah chole isn't getting punished either and the Fandom is not hating her for that I wish the Fandom would beg for chole getting punished for what she did rather than come back as good chole and yeah there morons to think that just because the driector who brought chole back to her old self is going to leave means that chole would come back in season 6 and yeah after what she did to her in derision? @@alatf9312 I don't know about this; people can be triggered in specific situations, I think. It could have been anywhere else, I think it would have been the same. Marinette was stressed about the date because she feared her loved one would do something and she'd be left heartbroken and deeply hurt again. She knows that Adrien would never hurt her, but she couldn’t help it, the trauma was still there. Again, this is just what I think.

You know that the "pool event" is before "Derrision" right? It just REVEALED in "Derrison". Revealing something happened in past in an episode, doesn't mean the thing happened in the past is new. For him losing the miraculous, something NEW should be happened. Things don't change for no reason. In this episode, nothing happened to cause him lose the miraculous. There is no reason for him to lose miraculous after "Derrision".

Well I mean there's a lot of things about your statement that could be right or wrong depending on how you see and connect things. Her having ptsd lines up with a lot, I mean we see this girl literally freaking out from small things EVERY episode, and usually when she talks about the traumatizing events of the previous year it's very quick and cut to the chase and related to the situation simply because the show was meant for people that more than likely wouldn't understand this for the first three seasons. Also, marinettes brain runs on extremes, that's why I mentioned her freaking out every episode. She lacks rational middle ground thinking as marinette that she gained as ladybug and that's why I think people forget that ladybug gave her the confidence and stability she needed to function at a more normal state than before. I can say the pool thing might seem pretty wonky, but being as some people's traumas are tailored to a specific event, it makes sense. Her trauma is tailored to being on a date at the pool and being tricked, not just the pool, not just a date, and not just being tricked, so this can also check out. I think for the most part we can see that marinette is a very forgiving person, she's still very calm in the way she talks to Chloe in parts of the show but mostly not because Chloe is STILL trying to do bad things to her. I think she simply just doesn't hold it against him outside of her traumas surrounding the situation. I don't think it was made to make marinette look perfect but to show that things that were simply laughed on or lightly spoken about in earlier parts of the show, do actually have an effect on the main character. Just to shine a little light on the brain going to extreme thing, I believe that her behaviors toward Adrien are built off of his fans behaviors and adding schoolgirl crush qualities to it as well as being his friend, and her brain went to the extreme with actually getting to know EVERYTHING about him. The breaking in his house stuff is weird and I don't think that can be explained but her having anxiety and ptsd can make sense for her character

At least Chloe isn't just another Mary Sue like Marinette.

She literally lost a lot of the miraculouses which is reasonable since she's a teen lol. Both Mari and Chloe are not Mary Sues, they both make mistakes, so let's see how they approach their mistakes first. Chloe doesn't acknowledge her mistakes since she's too self-centered to care, but Marinette does. She puts on effort to be a better person and is very mature for her age. Now, can you still tell Chloe is better than Marinette for that matter?

She is horrible person, but awesome as character and gives many entertaiment, her selfishness is hilarious, even when when we know that she is monster.
