A daunting act of growing delicate rainforest species that are evolved to grow in a dark, damp and humid place at the harsh semi-arid landscape of Ranga Reddy District of Telangana without structure made of cement, steel or glass.
A porous and infertile soil, scanty rainfall, high temperatures of summer and hot, dry and high wind velocity were some of the challenges.
Some of the rare most and redlisted species from the tropical wet evergreen forests of India are successfully grown here. And in a short period, a few of them have come to bloom, produce fruits and even regenerate themselves in this daunting environment.
The inputs for this venture came from experts from India and across the globe but intuition played the most crucial role and the one who mastered the meditation techniques could offer the guidance all through.
Though it's been a team work, credit goes to that one personality who thought that it is a possibility and who was willing to spent whatever money that this task demanded.
