This pool/lagoon is huge and beautiful, so blue and clear. I never used a paddle board so I don't know how I feel about it but it looks like a lot of work balancing. I guess I would like a kayak/canoe. Cool place to spend a day and relax.

Wow! The color of the water is stunning! I would love to be here enjoying the lagoon instead of the storm we are getting here today LOL! It would be so nice to paddleboard out there! Except I wouldn’t be able to stand 😂 I have terrible balance haha! The swim up bar sounds so lovely, so glad the drinks were delicious! Great tips on getting a reservation. Had no idea this place existed. We go to San Antonio a lot too to eat at Pancho Villa's. Go there someday, trust us! This place looks like a lot of fun and the footage you got was amazing. Loved Mike's backwards descent from the bar back to the pool. HAHAHA!!!

We have only been to Mirada. It is the bigger of the two. If you want to save money, go on the weekday. Order your tickets online through the reservation system. Also, get chairs for your stuff. You have to pay for them. They have food trucks if you are hungry or leave a cooler in the car and go outside the park to eat. If you are into the kayaks, paddle boards, or obstacle course, get the all-day ticket with the Unlimited Splash Pass. Don't forget to look at the schedule as those activities open and close throughout the day. We had a lot of fun on our visit. It is a great place to try out a paddle board. Have fun! 🙂
When you buy the ticket online, it says endless sessions on the obstacles course. They allow you on the obstacles course at certain times of day. Check the schedule when you first enter the park to see what time you can do them. Good luck and have fun!
