@crksg increases the speed of your 3's multiplier factor so you achieve that 8x burst more consistently. Ricochet too

@SpringrollpapiXX no it doesn't the cooldown between applications doesn't change with anything

@crksg looks like you're right. Man what a mid ass hero. I've just been playing ricochet and toxic bullets on a LMB support.

@SpringrollpapiXX ya i usually just go spirit power more so but ricochet and toxic bullets are both good
