I love dive bars. We don't have any local ones anymore. I loved being able to go in and have a drink, listen to conversations that you didn't have to participate in and grin a little at what you hear. Maybe see some people that you know sitting on the same bar stool that they where sitting on the last time you were there. Be lucky enough to play the jukebox and maybe get a dance in on your favorite song. ❤️

Love it! For many years now, anytime Rosie and I pass by Nashville we stop in and visit. We usually go downtown and have a beer in one of the iconic bars. The town has become a little too busy for my liking but I'm getting old I guess. One tip is park across the river near Titan Stadium and walk the bridge to downtown. It's free and unless there is a game going on there is lots of parking! Keep up the splendid work Miranda.

@countrygirl countrymusiclover If you are listen to country music on the radio from Miranda, Reba, George and Alan Jacksonon and can't tell the difference between country music and pop-country then you need to do some research on what makes up country music from pop-country. One is written about life and living in the world making mistakes and learning the other is about just getting their music on the radio and nothing else. One makes people feel like their not alone going through a different time in their life.

Dear Miranda, this has to be the most powerful music video I have ever seen because it shows what has really historically happened to Nashville in 2020. Destruction, closure, and the loss of legends. Seeing this video made me cry. Besides my hometown, Nashville is my favorite city. The first time I went, I was 19 and I fell in love with the place. I know you probably had a whole other idea for a video for this but I really think this speaks louder volumes. It just needed you walking through the streets because I am sure y’all were just as sad as everybody else. The ending is perfect. The darkness will leave and light will return! God has blessed you with a great gift for storytelling. I would love to have this video just as a keepsake to show in the future.

I was in Nashville once when I was 18. I'm 41 and I have been longing to go back since. This song is what makes country great. A song that keeps in tradition about bars, love lost, loneliness. Of course even more relevant with COVID. We live in a resilient country and we will come back bigger and better as we always do. Happy Labor Day folks!

Its funny how songs hit people differently. Broke hearts for different reasons but the music unites us. My broken heart stems from losing my Mom 12/21/17 to Terminal Cancer. I was 35 when I lost my Mom, she was 62. She didn't deserve to leave this earth like that and I didn't deserve to have to see her take her last breath. It's funny how the world works. She watched me take my first and I had to watch her take her last. Sometimes I wonder if this heart will ever heal or if I will make it through my life missing my best friend the rest of my life.

I was an addict for so many years , my last relapse was a year ago . And when I was close to overdosing I told GOD “ if I di drugs again , you can take me with you “ and I’ve kept my promise . After I started being sober , I realized “ damn I like drinking whisky too much “ I’m an alcoholic , still battling my battle but ..... the broken child inside of me wants peace . I’ve said goodbye to my drinking problem , and still doing my best to overcome this addiction . This song means so much to me 😭💕
