What I dont get is in regards on Cros kick legacy he rarely throws low kicks. Nelson cld have been stopped propperly hitting constant low kicks on the legs of Nelson to then demolish with Cops vicious head kicks.
@@stillgotyourmom I think so too. Mirko destroyed Yoshida's leg by his strongest low kick in PRIDE era. I don't know why Mirko didn't kick even once on this match🤔
@@stillgotyourmom He used to throw them.When he fought in UFC it was after multiple surgeries and he basically couldn't throw high kicks anymore.That's why he doesn't have a great score in UFC.

I mean sure he’s a savage on his feet and is a bjj black belt plus has been fight mma for quite sometime so on paper no not normal at all very skilled and very dangerous for any fighter even older but off work per say in character was where I was coming from. Roy Nelson is a bonafide deep-fried swamp mutant. So he is not normal, but I get it, he has the everyman appeal; the kind of guy who you could drink a beer with.
When he was young he also had problems with his left knee.The doctor that treated him said that he had a really fast recovery time,and basically he would just get the water out of his knee everytime,because a surgery would make him not able to fight for a long time.Before this match he had already undergone several surgeries and he knew he couldn't fight anymore,but decided to do it anyway.

@texasmadestrength780 Nah kicks on the legs to slow down Roys walk. Thats why Jones is always kicking on the knee so that its harder to see and grad and surely to ruin the leg. As good as cro cop head kicks he nearly doesnt low kick in the legs but with his power he wld destroy legs with a fewer kicks. But its a strategy he should have been using right from the start. I dont really see why not cuz a punch exchange you can forget withy Roy so will he also use the moment to dive in or counter with a bomb. The low kick variant was the only try left.

The better man one that night but a 33 year old mirko cro cop would put roy away in my opinion there were hardly any leg kicks and mirko for some strange reason did use his jab i wouldn't be suprised if he came into this fight with pre-existing physical ailments
