Love the lighting. Regards to Karen i always ask their names and always announce them when they ask for a song. If they dont dance to it i say something like that went down like a lead balloon 🤣🤣🤣. Keep up the great work. Lovin' your posts
@@diaryofadj no mate. I ask their name so they expect something is on the cards. Dont really have any issues with comeback unless its a Christmas party 🤣🤣🤣🤣
i bought 2 mirror balls and brackets over look down, to sit on top of the podiums,, still not got round to sort it out yet lol. As for song request its a mare, one guy asked for jenifer rush, power of love on the middle of a dance set, i said no its not a funeral. 😀
Nice one again Tee Jai. I’m down to 1 mirror ball. Don’t use it that often to be honest, room & the extra set up blah blah haha. But yeah, requests 🙈 unfortunately folk aren’t DJs and have know idea the effort / timing it takes to work a room and get the vibe right before they come with their “usually” left field requests. My reply always ( if not within the genre were in at the time ) is ‘let me get out of this section and ill squeeze it in if i can. Yeh but I’m leaving in 10 minutes….oh, that old chestnut 🖕😂
The Disco Ball looks amazing! How far away did you set the light to reflect? Second: You Crack me up mate!! 🤣"I'll see if I can work it in." is my response. Unless the Bride comes to me directly.
Only about 2 meters away. I scrapped the seperate pole for the spot light and ended up mounting it on a speaker pole. Oh and that’s a solid response mate. Kudos
I hate it I stress to much because I might not have it and then I have to download it and I stress the track is going to end and if they say oh the bride wants this I always think I could put the complete different style of music on but I don’t because I could lose out on money
If the request is of key standard reply "I'll have a look if I've got it I'll stick it on for ya" yeah right 😂 Client will have given a playlist especially for a wedding so you know the score.
