Why do crafters not use a Hinekora's Lock to finish off the sixth affix? Wouldn't that be better than a crafted affix?

on this specific shield you can't hit desired 6th affix, you need evasion base to hit suppress and shield with increased curse effect is not needed by anyone other than sushi

@@JamesEnglish-ct3ivanyway on any item locking for the sixth afffix is just insane for the little min max it provides lol. Imagine spending 1 mirror and a few hours of repeatedly slamming exalts for 12 int or smth. + It provides a changeable affix for ppl mirroring to chose which is nice
