Since i met Mirrors Edge, the way i look to the world has changed. The plataform of the game, the colors, the intense peaceful songs and suddenly the incredible strong fight songs who make you want to jump from the tallest building, it's like, i dont no how explain what this game makes me feel, I met the game in the end of 2015 when my boyfriend sended me the cover of Mirror's Edge Catalyst saying that Faith looked so much like me and i was so confuse and surprise because yeah, in the cover we both look alike, and then i showed to my mom, and dad and to some friends and they confirmed the fact, and i confess, i loved From long time Mirror's Edge is the best thing i ever meet, changed my life, and opened my mind to another place that just doesn't exist in real life, she always will be my favorite character. I wish i could live in the City of Glass, i keep playing all the songs i downloaded from your channel every single day. I finished the game twice and i still want play more and more ps: everytime faith fight with her sister i cry hahaha Congratulations for your channel and for being so dedicate to faith and to the game, thanks for all of your posts, love your channel so fucking much, kisses from Brazil

I love how there are so many people here also experienced Mirror’s Edge as a life changing piece. My mental landscape and perception of the world hasn’t been the same since I played the first game back in 2008. It just captures a unique vision that I’ve spent a lifetime conceptualizing and it’s still an ongoing process after all these years of growing up.

No matter how long time passes, I’m still here, always comeback to this franchise.

I wish PS5 had themes like PS4 did. This was my theme for years cuz of the song alone

Though it seems most people don't like this game, it's considered one of the most special, unforgettable experience I've ever had, and the city of glass is pretty much like the place I've always imagined to be...I hope the game can have some story DLCs...but it doesn't seem there's gonna be any :(

I am getting goosebumps literally everytime I listen to this. It really reminds me of 2015 when I was so hyped for Catalyst and playing the trailers for it on repeat everyday. I don't understand why this game is so underrated, it's amazing.

This is just beyond something else, it's just so deep, imagine you are in a huge city at night looking at the beautiful night and cold air.. And staring at the stars at midnight, really makes you think huh? 😵🌌🌃

listening to this music gives me a feeling i can’t describe. i want so badly to be in this world. haha, if it close my eyes i can imagine me being in it, sitting on a tall building, looking out at the beautiful vibrant city at night without a care in the world.

I listen to this song almost daily. I used to leave my PS4 on for hours with this theme playing.

This song always brings tears in my eyes, it has such an innocent vibe to it, something pure even. Mirror's Edge made me want to be better at Parkour and I will never forget it.

Mirror's Edge is sooo underrated, I just love the big difference to other games like the bright colors and the ultra smooth gameplay and the soundtrack by solar fields is just stunning, just as this theme. Ugh. Oh my god. Listening to this makes me cry. It’s so amazing and beautiful, words don’t do it justice. I wish I could live in this world; I see it in my dreams sometimes and I can’t help but mourn when I wake up from such a heart stopping place.

2023 still playing. This game is so good.

The city looks wonderful from the rooftops but I always imagine that when down in the streets bellow, it is super polluted, littered, packed with pedestrians and traffic (etc). Everything in the game is meant to look perfect but the whole idea of the game is that things aren't all that they seem and the rooftops is a place for the rich while the rest suffer in the streets bellow. The city is a corrupt place where the people are basically owned by the rich and while the poor are doing all the dirty work and keeping the city running, the rich get to thrive in their own fantasy up in the city sky line. If you notice, everything is connected by pathways and is lit up - basically a whole complex for the wealthy. I feel like the game is a representation of real life and reminds you that the world isn't always what it seems. No matter how perfect something appears, it can't be trusted without seeing the bigger picture.

Just such a haunting, otherworldly , loveliness.

Also need to mention that I originally got this game last year, couldn’t beat a certain part and shelved it. But had been thinking about it ever since and decided to play it again. And beat it. That’s just how incredible this game is. Literally have been thinking about that game for an entire year. AN INCREDIBLE game!

The first Mirror's Edge is a cult classic! One of the best games IMHO! :D

I remembered, whem i had my ps4 this theme was the theme used all the time until i got a ps5, but i remembered i would catch myself just siting in silence listening to this muisc late at night.

Being that I loved Parkour as a hobby when the first mirrors edge came out I fell in love with this game and its world. So much so that I have the runner symbol tattooed on me, forever signifying freedom and my love for parkour

Only played a little bit of the first one a long time ago and been wanting to get back into it, but also this game too. I just discovered this theme on PS4 and I have no regrets starting up the menu. Thank for the longer version of this and love the way your video goes along with the music!

I love the heartfelt comments at the same time I need to remind all of you that you live on planet Earth where there are so many possibilities and planet Earth is part of that universe that is full of many possibilities and it's up to you individually to make your dreams come true if you want to do parkour in a city like this nothing is stopping you from getting together gather some people and create a City dedicated strictly to parkour It's common for people to fall in love with a game and love the adventures and then think that it can't happen in real life on the contrary it can, the only thing that's dangerous is the extinction of us because we choose to be lazy and stay stuck with our face pressed against glass or a screen versus using your intellect to create such beauty in real life. The transition at 0:55 always gives me goosebumps, no matter how many times I watch it!

This theme is easily one of my favorites, it's the apex of a feeling i can only describe as loneliness in a mass of humans. I've had this track, aswell as a few others you uploaded in my running playlist for ages until i eventually got Spotify. I used to listen to it when i was out running, often in the evening or at night and it is just so calming to hear this. It brings me right back down to a clarity of mind and relaxation that actually allows me to focus on things again. Maybe it's just the association i have with this game series and its music but man... i just love it.
