Yeah, unfortunately not. Derwangler was the one who made the mod, and I believe it’s PC only.

Great question! I added this to the description: Any%+ (Any% Plus) is like Any%, but you start with all the skills unlocked. Through the use of a community-made mod, we're able to use skills like double-wallrun, coil, and other skills (the MAG, damage boosts, etc.) right from the very beginning.
