Just to give you an example, Local Kung Fu'r 1 million views hoise but poisa uthise only around 10,400 rupees in 2 years. So if a film's budget is 35 lakhs, it'll take approximate 673 years to recover that money from RU-vid. There was an option for paid rental which we used for LKF 2, but they removed that option for chhota-mota people like us and only big studios seem to have it now.
