Lovely to see Prince Charles pick Louis up and sit him on his lap just like any granddad.

I love how Louis just plops right down on grandpa’s lap like he’s done it a million times. Louis doesn’t care his grandpa is the next king of England, he is simply grandpa here. You can tell Louis adores Charles. A very sweet normal moment.

I think every family has a kid like Louis. The good thing about this is that you're life will never be humdrum...boring. They may cause you to tear your hair out one minute and hug and kiss them the next. Ah yes. That's what families are all about 😁

You cannot fake the natural loving way Louis went to sit on Charles’ lap. The bond is so strong. Sure they are very close off camera. Charles earned the total affections from this precious 4 yr old.

The Cambridge children have done so amazingly well over this weekend. I think the effort the Royal family put into this celebration was fantastic.

Just because he's a Prince doesn't mean he's immune to being a kid. It go to show no matter the kids status every kid has a temper tantrum. And I applaud his parents to continue to bring him out to outings. That's how the only way he's going to learn.

I’ve seen the videos of him giving his mother a hard time so I was really happy to see these as well. I’m sure he was just crawling the walls after having to sit for so long at such a young age. Love seeing these clips though 😍😍😍

Kate and William knew that Louis would behave the way he does, which is totally normal, and they knew that trolls would judge them for their parenting and decided to take him to the pageant anyways and reacted to it with humour on instagram. It's heartwarming to simply see parents who put their child first.

Seeing Prince Louis this weekend, have his tantrums in public, being expressive/animated has been refreshing for every mum at the moment with a newly 4 year old who doesn’t like to sit still!! 😊

He's adorable! He grabs your heart and runs with it! All the children had fun and a day made happy memories. We wish them all the happiness in the world. Louis' antics suggest a very normal but extremely bright young boy. He stole the show in a few moments. I loved seeing the Queen's interaction with him. What a fun Jubilee this has been!!! Many people have done an incredible job of planning and preparation. Everyone has worked so hard. Congratulations to the Queen. She’s a remarkable lady. Many thanks to her family for staying by her side all these decades to assist her as needed. They certainly didn’t have to stand by her, but they chose to do so because she set an example of dedication and work ethic. She’s a Queen in her own right and a loving Granny to us all. God save the Queen.

Young Prince Louis is quite the entertainer and I loved the way he just went and cwtched on his Grandfather’s lap. Obviously something he does quite frequently! Princess Charlotte is the next Princess Royal and my word she is going to be a chip of the old block, rock steady 😊 Prince George taking his role seriously and dressed like his dad. I am from abroad and know very ;little about the children, but when i saw princess Charlotte reading the hand out and searching for a particular item in the parade i thought this must be a gifted, curious girl. Afterwards i looked it up and read that she is very smart and intelligent, particularly in learning languages. I guess upcoming generations will certainly hear from her. 🙏

For being Four years old and having to sit through all the festivities, the little Prince did well! His parents were able to contain him well. My kids at four wouldn’t have been able to sit through what these kids have sat through, royals or not.. kudos to mom and dad🥰

The moment Prince Louis is told he can sit on Grandad's knee and his head lifts up followed by hurtling towards Prince Charles - priceless - one of the best moments of the weekend!

Louis just turned 4, so basically he’s still a toddler. The kids are much taller than other kids, so don’t expect his maturity level to match his height. Boys mature more slowly than girls, on top of that. Louis is in an excitable situation, which adds to his energy. There are kids all around him, which adds to his excitement level. The family schedule has been blown apart for 4 days and more, so he’s bouncing off the walls. I’ve never seen a toddler yet who could endure all of that and sit perfectly still in a chair so as to avoid embarrassing his parents in front of cameras. It’s simply not possible. It isn’t. I’m a teacher. Even my 12-13 year old students acted like Louis the day before each vacation break, especially Christmas. Louis isn’t misbehaving. He’s acting his age, actually. I think it’s rather brave of his parents to attempt this outing with him. Georgie & Lottie had their wild camera moments, as well, but look at the older ones today. They’ve been well behaved, and Louis will be a little angel, too, as he ages. Age 4 is a wild age for a little boy. He’s certainly a very loving child, which is indicative of a caring heart. Katie & Wills are just starting to train Louis in front of the public eye and cameras. They’ve been through this twice before and have done a wonderful job of parenting. Remember, these kids are much taller than others their age. Louis is doing just fine. He knew to go to his grand papa for some calmness, when he knew Mummy & Papa were about to short circuit. That a sign that he needs to take a nap. It’s been a VERY long 4 days for all of the kids in attendance. We need to cut all of them and their parents some slack. It takes nerves of steel to take a young boy aged 4 into a situation like this. Kudos to his parents for their bravery. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🇬🇧

Very sweet to see Louis walk to his grandfather to get into his lap! It demonstrates a warm and trusting relationship....something that all grandparents treasure. It appears HRH William and HRH Catherine have given their children plenty of family time with the Prince of Wales. Very heartwarming to see. Bless all of them with continued health and success.

Prince Louis is the most expressive happy child I have seen in the last 4 days. They have all had a great time. Louis has had a wonderful time, he is young enough to express himself in the most appealing way. He hasn't had a rule that he doesn't understand. He adores all the adults around him. Three wonderful children who grow with grace and love. What a truly clever mummy & daddy they have. Grandad has a big lap. For them all.

So Charlotte's like the little mama. It's so adorable at one point she had George put his arm down and it other times she was trying to get Louis to behave. She reminds me of Ann for some reason.
