Everyone has heard of AAU Basketball's "Shoe Circuit". The big three shoe companies, Nike (EYBL and EYCL), adidas (Gauntlet, 3SSB, Uprising), and Under Armour (The Association and Rise), have all created their own version of these grassroots programs. And now, Puma has entered the conversation with their PRO16 League.
