Josquin des Prez was one of most influential composers of the late Renaissance. He was extraordinary productive in the large set of works he compose, mainly in the liturgical area. His work includes masses, motets, hymns, psalms and also profane pieces. The harmony of the voices is fantastic, achieving a fabulous melody, which leads to a religious reflection. It is a unique choral music, which can hardly be compared to another composed in other periods. Unfortunately, its dissemination is very limited, given the masterpiece it represents.
