'Misleading' Nottingham city bus gate camera traps 33,000 motorists who paid almost £1million

The road layout was changed in 2020 to introduce a bus gate and 24-hour camera.
33,619 motorists have been fined £60 each for breaking the rules and travelling through the bus gate.
Anna Doughty is interviewed and claims that the system is confusing and she didn't know what to do because the signage is unclear.
26,569 fines have been paid between September 2020 and January 2022 - these have raised £965,901 paid to Nottingham City Council.
