Being someone with misophonia, It is quite literally impossible for me to watch this film

I have misophonia, and i want to watch a video about misophonia but all of them put chewing sounds in. And I also hate seeing people chewing.

I don't know how I survived watching this video. Both times you had scenes with the trigger sounds, I broke down crying and lost control of myself. This definitely f***ed me up big time. It's funny, because I haven't cried in over a year, I don't think. At least, not like this. Good video, but this is beyond torture to anyone with misophonia.

I really liked this even though I had to mute a lot of it because I have misophonia haha!

People should be better educated about Misophonia. It's horrible having it and people are so inconsiderate about an actual brain disorder. 🙄

Dear anyone who wishes to make a short film about Misophonia: DO NOT PUT TRIGGER SOUNDS IN IT!!!!

I had a panic attack watching this. I legitamently cried in stress

I swear to God I want to go Negan with every loud ass sniffler and chewer on the goddamn planet.

Everything was really nicely done in this film. The camera work, the plot, the music, the acting... did a wonderful representation of misophonia. The only thing that bothered me was that it was really unclear in what relation were the women and the man. It was strange to me how they acted formally at first but then he started eating her food like he lives there. The sound was also a bit low at that point. The rest was perfect. U have done a great job in making this film. Keep this work up, you've got a feeling for it!

Ugh the sound of the chewing and the extreme close up of the chewing mouth! 😫 I just covered the screen and forced myself to listen to sounds cuz I still wanted to know somewhat what is happening!

I know it's a seriously debilitating disorder, but the way you handled filming, scripting, etc. ...Splendid! I couldn't help but laugh, though, and I'm a little ashamed of that! I had heard the word before, but I wasn't sure of the definition, so I looked it up! I'm wondering if this is related to our natural evolutionary upbringing... like "Fight or Flight" responses... you know... all the things that helped us survive our beginning and intermediary stage in our evolution! Certain odors, sights, sounds causing a natural response from experience, passed on from generation to generation... I'm thinking that everybody has this disorder, it's just a matter of how severely they are affected! Certain things annoy me, like... oh... when someone is being overly loud with their silverware at the dinner table, or fingernails grating the chalkboard thing... but I don't go into a rage or anything like that about it! That could just be because I'm basically a very easy going guy... but I do get irked or pissed off occasionally, just like anyone else! Usually takes a lot to get me there, though! ...and to all those who really suffer from this, my hopes and wishes for tomorrow being a better day! :-)

Great cinematography. Really love the sound engineering in this - something which most student films lack. This also looks like a one-man operation if the credits say anything, so exactly how long did it take?
