All because of episode 4 "Replacements" that scene when everyone is dropping into Holland for Market Garden that one paratrooper cutting his camouflage parachute into a half foot strip and presumably using it as a scarf for future use, we have EVERYONE making a silk scarf regardless of date and time. 😂

Hey mate, as you can probably tell from such a delayed response, I'm not too active anymore! However just saw your comment on my video and here I am. Thanks for taking the time to see value in discussing this, it's exactly the conversations I liked having back in the day. Many valid points here and my impression has improved since - meant to make some updated videos but never did. I can assure you the flag is gone, rigger pouch added, and replaced the grenades with some much nicer cast metal ones. By carlisle pouch I did mean a spare bandage box prop, and the Springfield ammo pocket comments were regarding practicality when I was given one to use in reenactment battles without stripper clips, not in a historic sense. Blame a teenage me for not communicating correctly. Great point about motion sickness pills. But anyway, great pointers and it's this kind of analysis which brings greater accuracy to the reenacting world. Cheers

My impression is getting greater because of you I haven't cc2d my m42 uniform just because its starting to become to small like it can still be worn and baggy but aye and I have just today have put my first aid stuff on the back of my belt as much as I disagree with it and I don't want it there it has to happen right you will be raging but I do have a 1911 bit other than that I'd say my impressions good I will be posting an impression video soon so please If you want to prove me wrong on some things go ahead but all I was wanting to say aswell was the average paratrooper on D-Day carried 6 grenades coming in but me personally I am wanting to get another one but I do just have 1 grenade just now but I do have a thompson and I'm easy company so that's a bog surprise but I do see 502nd is getting alot more popular but aye cpt I can't say my last name signing out
