@lennzy1 yea I know...I've been trying to improve the videos quality wise each time I do one. The bat country video I did after this has more of my kit in the mix. It's basically 1 kik track and 3 small mics kinda circling the kit that are mixed down to a single track since I only have a 2 input interface and I want all the videos to be single shot/take. So I can only get so much clarity and still have the song clear enough to have as a reference

Agreed, I think this is way better than the other cover on youtube for this song that's overproduced and overly stick tricky.

I did this before I got my current set of mics :/ so if you are listening on a phone, or laptop speaker there isn't gonna be much to it. It is in there if you have headphones or speakers with some low end though.

in metal, fills usually only have 2 bass following either 2 or 4 hands. RLRL-BB or RL-BB

just lots of double bass practice..sometimes its better to slow it down a bit and practice it at a tempo that you can play it accurately on, then slowly increase the tempo till you are at the original speed. I use the method for just about everything.
