Miss May I killed the metalcore scene with the release of Apologies For The Weak and Monument, then they changed the style, and it's still alright, and I still listen to it, but it just isn't the same

Back when they were hungry and angry it was amazing. It's kinda like B4MV; they were legit heavy and then they slowed way down and became uninteresting.

@@Jasper-Holland Competition or not metalcore is alot more enjoyable and you appreciate it more then deathcore people that listen cherish their music all music but deathcore isn't one of those genre... It's good for anger etc but it's not a genre worth listening to everyday

Miss May I is still pumping out bangers but none quite like this anymore. Their choruses used to be sooo catchy and the verses would be borderline deathcore. Unreal album.

It's not that hard actually. Just practice a lot! They obviously use triggers for their double bass that corrects and makes it sound perfect
