No the au is he's a year older than the first years. So he's been at karasuno since the third years were second years.

In this AU is basically the same, it's just that hinata is a 2nd year not a first year, the others are still in the same year as it is in the anime

This AU is where hinata is a 2nd year. He never met kageyama, tsukishima, yamaguchi and yachi since of course they are still first years. When the 3rd years were 2nd years, hinata was a first year like, Noya, tanaka, and the trio. That's why the 3rd years are still there. Nothing changed, only hinata being a 2nd year that's all.

I suggest that you find some easy references in Pinterest or google, and if you don't know your art style yet then you should find the art style that you like in someone else's drawing and try to put that art style into yours. I'm not saying you should copy it, I'm saying that you should add a mix of your own style that changes the art style that you like a bit :) I also recommend you flip your canvas every now and then to see if they're equal, you can search some tutorials as well to help you learn
