Zozibini Tunzi said "WE ARE THE MOST POWERFUL BEINGS ON THE WORLD" ,she never said we are the most "SUPERIOR".Nicole & other critics are deliberately misinterpreting her powerful historic answer in order to discredit her. Its funny that they are only focusing on on sentence of her entire statement,conveniently not mentioning that Zozibini expounded on her answer further by stating that "NOT BECAUSE WE DON'T WANT TO BUT BECAUSE SOCIETY HAS LABELLED WOMEN TO BE". Mexico in her final answer said:"WE SEE PERFECT FACES,PERFECT BODIES, NOTHING IS REALLY",which is a glaring misinterpretation of reality as she implied that everything on social media is superficial. But the likes of Nicole won't challenge her on that,instead she is showering her with compliments for being "sincere", her answer was dull,long,the delivery shacky & a lot was lost in translation. PR & Mexico's answers were too pegeantry & generic- we have heard it all before,again & AGAIN. ZOZIBINI was authentic,commanding & assertive . The world is evolving & so are the standards of beauty,it was inevitable that someone of Zozibini calibre will win the MUO tittle in order to effect a change & challenge those misguided stereotypes.

But the question for Ms. Thailand is too difficult compared to the other candidates so of course, the chances of winning would be lower. Do you get what I mean? It's unfair in a sense that her chances of winning is lower than the other candidates because the question given to her is hard.

Good Ok. but there wasnt really anything extra special. And I kinda pity her during the Q and A. I thought she had the most difficult question. I think she had a pretty solid answer bt I dont actually know how you'd answer such a polarizing question.

I think if she answered either would have been good. There is no right or wrong answer. She just had to give a fair and reasonable reason why privacy or security for her was more important.

Thailand got the toughest question tbh

Last year, Catriona got the toughest question. A Miss Universe should always be prepared no matter how hard the question is. Just my opinion. But Fahsai was super beautiful that night. Just that perhaps twas not meant to be

Nicole says it was a good idea from zuzi, she mean that zuzi has imbodied her aura as a good speaker when she speak.. the question was quitely easy and it is up to somebody on how they elaborate it in a nice deep idea to talk in front of the crowd and zuzi has it skill that u can hpnotizd by her aura as a good speaker, and she did well ❤️❤️ Zuzi desrvd for that crown when final round she did well too the way she deliverd the aswer.. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I completely agree! ANYONE can form and rehearse the perfect answer, but you cannot fake sincerity and you cannot force authenticity. It radiates from within and South Africa truly embodies that. Miss Mexico sounded too mechanical and dull, in my opinion. If I read what she said on paper, she was spot on, but it didn't resonate as deeply as it could. Maybe if she spoke in Spanish, more passion would have been given out. These winners were the BEST in the last 30 years when it comes to delivery: Catriona 2018 South Africa 2019 Miss India 2000 Miss USA 1997 & 1995 Miss India 1994

Puerto Rico basically advocated censorship in her top 5 question. Who is decide what is hate speech given the snowflake generation we have today who wants to ban clapping? That alone she should not even enter the top 3 but the women judges no doubt agree as they are faux empowered women. If you are empowered, it is sticks and stones.

@Realz Zein she kinda looks a bit like SALMA HAYEK... She could have used better make up that night. Because like Colombia they look less pretty onstage than they did in videos and photos. Her face was kinda a bit too white... if she had a bit of a tan, they would have crowned her instead.

I also had hard time thinking how to answer this question, how much more if on the spot. Nonetheless, she answered it well. I wouldn't say she would've gotten in top 3. If you noticed her look: gown, hair, earcuffs, all those resembled Catriona's last year. If I were a judge during the competiton, I would've done the same- to not include her in the top 3. Judging by looks alone she didn't have her own personality. They want a woman who has a strong personality to be the spokesperson of the organization as well as for her cause.

Hera Tsukiyama couldn’t agree less!! Miss universe originally a beauty contest, in my view Thailand definitely in top 3 and she did ok with her answer!!!! However according to the performance she was very convincing but the question was throwing the crow to her!!

@ismael khashane rather than elaborate more on what can/should be done by the gov/leaders to fix the environmental issue, she diverted to something else. Thats what nicole means to say about SA' answer. However SA made it sounds very convincing and she sounded right, thats why we're buying every single words coming out from her mouth.

She basically just answered half of the question. She said the there's more that the leaders can do but there's a follow up question that asks what more can the leaders do to fight climate change. Instead of answering this by giving a suggestion to the leaders, she answered it by giving part of the responsibility to the people.

I just see lot of people who run into to their text books after writing an exam just to be sure what they have answered is correct. So intelligent people don't do that. They deliver and let it get sealed right away. So Zozi delivered and got everything correct at the right time.😂😂

My point is...the women who showed and compete, regardless of where they came from are beautiful. There is range in beauty and that should be acknowledged. I get this is a beauty pageant and historically there was a certain type of woman that was considered beautiful and If those standards were upheld, Phillipines would not have 3 title holders and 10 consecutive placements. I could even go deeper with this and present a series of truths but to do so would discredit the hard work many of these women put in....especially from the Phillipines to proudly represent their country and people with honor and dignity.

IT WAS CLEAR AS CRYSTAL THAT MEXICO kicked their asses to Jupiter. But Puerto Rico also did a great JOB. SA was the weakest.... Thailand did a great job too. BUT MEXICO WAS CLEAR WINNER.
