I liked Mexico’s answer but it sounded generic and a little pageant patty. Heard a lot of these answers in pageants before. She could’ve tied in her own story about depression and some sort of struggle to make it sound more relatable. South Africa’s answer was very powerful and her presentation of the answer may it very strong.
Very seldom that we can see and hear Puerto and Mexico speak English during the Q and A. Most of their ladies in the past speak English during casual conversations, some were even fluent, but when it comes to Q and A, they still sue their language.
I love how brief and concise Ms Puerto Rico deliver d her speech. I love miss south Africa but the answer has a little bias when she said that girls are the most powerful being on earth. So basis. So it's Puerto Rico who advance a step higher
This is about confidence boost for the fair sex, no bias there, just assuring other girls that they can be as powerful as their male counterparts. I guess the judges and everyone else understood the context
That panel only had two black judges , and what do the color of a judge have to do with that, I guess other would have a problem if a Latina won? That panel was fair enough , to me the judges panel were mostly Latina judges! I really like Mexico and South Africa and Puerto Rico , but for me I would say Mexico 1st runner, but I think the ideal thing Mexico missed out her question was to just mention that part of being themselves in her question ! Cause I think that’s what the judges want to hear, the key word of showing ownership or leadership of themselves! Mexico really surprise me to be honest, she was fantastic also!
