She started it all. Now some quarters in the Latino community are keeping the flame of lies and fraud accusations burning. It’s heartbreaking to see what they’re doing to this beautiful and gracious lady.

Or feeling justified in her convictions of favouritism exhibited towards this contestant by the company which owns both the Miss Universe and Miss USA pageants.

@@michellemac2481 if this were true, a judge from those other countries would have spoken out about this. And then you would have to ask why now. Venezuela won back to back one year, when it was owned by a businessman in the untied states, and no one cried favoritism.

@@xose2863 Uhm, I read that during the Trump ownership someone accused the Miss Universe Organization of rigging or cheating. Trump sued that individual and that individual ended up suing her lawyer.

Indeed, her advocacy lives through her and her looks, just like Catriona. Although Catriona is truly the unanimous win. Everyone agreed that she’s the rightful winner that year even if Tamaryn and Sthephany are also deserving. It’s very rare that no one protested about here. I believe the last unanimous win before Cat was Dayana Mendoza (MU2008)

Her answers are more detailed and impactful than Catriona. She focuses on her advocacy and has been very consistent, has a wit to always include her platforms into her answers.

Not only that but after the accusations of fraud she was left to fend for herself as Miss USA , I also understand she drove to New Orleans with her suitcases by herself she designed her own dress I means what else people want.

Those hating, bullying and calling R'Bonney's win a fraud are the REAL frauds. These women are amazing not because of their physical beauty but because of what they stand for. It's quite shameful when their fans behave in a manner which goes against everything they represent and stand for.

It just goes to show that there are a bunch of losers in the world.

They are spewing hatred because their loser candidates did not win - starting with the Miss USA pageant and carried on to the Miss Universe pageant. I read that the Miss USA candidate losers have their social media accounts placed on “private”. I also read that Miss Montana who spearheaded the witch-hunt has received death threats and has hired a lawyer.

She is so genuine

That's exactly what's so great about her. Even Catriona wasn't that big of a charity person but her own answers as well as the way she was talked about by hosts talking in the background when she walked on the stage it was like charity charity charity and not as much mention of her actual occupations - modelling and music. This Filipina-American Miss Universe from USA is so much more genuine and practices what she preaches. There was also more consistency and integrity in her message about bringing out people’s talents and using them in the now to go after what you want like she's not just virtue signalling but means what she says. Deserved the title. I wish she was more popular so more people would be inspired.

What I really like about her is the fact that she is a genuine person who really cares the environmental serious issues. I mean, we typically think this pageantry competition is just showing off outer beauty, the body and face with just smiles maybe beautiful gowns with expensive jewelrys without caring the textiles that couldve caused environmental problems. We all know the globe our Earth recently has been suffering tremendous environmental serious issues, and we all know it is ENOUGH AND FED UP WITH JUST WATCHING PRETTY GIRLS. What we really want is someone who already has been doing really good and contributing our universe with great cause. And she has already been making sustainable and environmental clothing which means a lot to the pageant world which is a platform that can represent the masses. I was so glad that she won, actually I thought she had to won this competition to truly show the people how serious the environmental problem is and show this candidate is the representative of our universe who has been doing good to the society so we can learn from it. And I really thought she is a true queen, because she maybe was the only candidate who thought this is not a competition which someone trumps someone by showing off great body or great clothes or just beautiful smiles. She said 'everyone has a unique talent and it is up to us to pull up that talent in order to contribute to the society'. Now we all know women can be strong. But we probably never have recognized the envrionmental issues. This is not restricted in certain gender. Be it men or women, we all should take responsibility for it. After Pia showing the true inner confidence with genuineness and changing the definition of beauty, and after showing the importance of women leadership as Zozi from South Africa has mentioned in the competition, R'bonney truly showed the importance of protecting the environment. This is a leader guys. No more beauty only on the outside. We want a true leader who can influence good spirits to the masses and who already has truly doing it for several years. I really hope Miss Universe could find a true leader like her in the upcoming pageant which will take place in El Salvador

Nina, no es hate. No le parece que por alguna razón por primera vez hay tanta CONTROVERSIA con que una partipante haya ganado ese concurso??? Incluso pesoonas famosas se pronunciaron en contra públicamente. No se puede negar que la mujer está preparada, muy elegante (a pesar de afirmar ella misma de que no se había lavado el cabello desde que llego a New Orleans, hacia 14 días ya al día del concurso)😆🤣🤣. Ella no es fea, pero este es un concurso de BELLEZA y había mujeres mucho mas bellas y muy bien preparadas que respondieron muy bien también. Esta mujer no estaba ni entre las favoritas, y recuerde que por primera vez en la historia del concurso el público pudo votar por su favorita, eso dice mucho de los resultados. Yo creo (y es que hubo controversia desde que gano el Miss USA), esto es porque según se dice que ella era en realidad la favorita de la persona que compro el Miss Universe, el Miss USA y el Miss Teen USA. Todo esto habla por si mismo. Saludos.

La presentación desde el comienzo de la competencia es lo que cuenta y ella destacó no solo en pasarela sino en hablar en sus proyectos sociales y en su personalidad. She is the OLDEST of ALL CONTESTANTS (closer than 30's than 20's than the rest are), and she still expects that the age should be increased??? What stupid answer!!!! She is already old for that contest, sorry. Increasing the age eliminaes the scence of it. Don't get me wrong, older ladies can participate in other kind of beauty contest, but this one always has been set for younger, single and without children ladies. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. She did not deserved to win, besides she was not among favorites for some reason: REMEMBER by the first time in this contest the public voted and she was not among the ones that received the hightest amount og votes. It says everything!

When JKN bought the organization, Anne said they were looking for a "transformational leader" to usher in the new era. When R'Bonney expressed that in her answer to the final question, that's when I knew the crown was hers
