The miss world pageant should have placed a translator to miss Brazil,she was beautiful and unfortunately she didnt understand at ALL and didnt have the chance to show her talent regarding her speech , the host practically humilliated and made Fun of her,what a Shame!!
The movie just brought me here too I’m so happy to see the real contestants I just realize that it was a true story when Bob Hope came out and it’s such a great story what a good movie and such beautiful contestants
How come is this tape qty so great.it is 50 years ago 5 decades! I know it could have been remaster , but original tape must be kept so clean and well maintained..
That's Michael Aspel from BBC & I agree - he's terribly suave, with his accent ideal for my English and teach to others. Actually hope to see more of his archives here on YT. - a foreigner; and a young one at that, most comparably to those of not-so-weird ages to have seen him on B&W and also children's colour programmes.
I love that some of the girls don’t have straight teeth or veneers and that their makeup is an outing type of make up not so overdone. Wow how have times changed.
When I see this I feel that Pearl jansen should have been miss sa.. no offense to miss jessop.pity my gov. had that shitty thing called apartheid. She also has a very strong sa accent :) love it
