Miss World 2024 was the 71st edition of the contest, celebrated on March 09th, 2024, a total of 112 candidates of around the world, gathered in the Jio World Convention Centre of Mumbai, India. Karolina Bielawska, Miss World 2021-22 of Poland, crowned her succesor in the grand finale of the contest.

I am seeing the results and wondering why is this shocking. Miss Botswana is a lawyer and naturally great speaker....she did well...however when Czech Republic started by telling a story it drew me in....she was the most relatable... Congratulations to her from Jamaica 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲

I totally agree, also the Miss World organization knows and have been judging her for weeks not just for 3hr. They know who they choose and why. She was the most beautiful there and she is intelligent and would make a wonderful Miss World. Soo Glad it wasnt T&T she did well to make it in the top 4 however that’s as much and furthest she should have reached. She doesn’t deserve to Win. Congratulations to Czech Republic. Well deserved.

I know we Jamaicans know what Miss World is looking for. That is why we do so well there. Botswana eliminated herself with that stush attitude and radio voice, Trinidad was nervous and not prepared for what she was saying . The Judging was fair. It could only be between the other 2. Czech Republic is prettier and she won. Another fairy princess.

I prefer Ms World to Ms universe. Even thought MU is higher budget and slick, the women tend to work to present a powerful persona. The winners in miss world retain a gentle fairy tale and classy demeanor. She looks lovely and sweet

With due respect but those who claimed that Botswana deserved to be miss world not Czech Republic, must be biased or might have weakness in English or you people don't have idea of what a winner answer could be. Firstly miss Botswana fully answered based on herself as "I" whereas Czech answered had vision & focus on World secondly Botswana voice had that dramatic tune but Czech spoke naturally without any fake tune. Clearly Czech Republic deserved to be the winner & judges made correct decision 👏

I liked the concept of declaration that the top 4 are their continent miss worlds. To be honest it gives every girl a chance to compete on continent level and then compete with other continent gal's to become the miss world. To get the best of each continent and compete with other continent. A great way to judge, but not able to understand the selection process from top 40 to top 12 and top 8
