I was looking at OG but based on your review I ordered Artemisia and my skin (red, angry, flaky) LOVES it - less redness, calm, hydrated, and dare I say bouncy after only 3 days. Your breakdown of what skin concern would benefit from each was incredibly helpful! Edited to add, rubbing what remains on the backs of my hands has made them so soft and hydrated too!
I have the red one, really good, and I have difficult skin , combination and dry also . I don’t feel the need for moisturizer after, doesn’t clog pores, does not leave a film I love it
I have just tried the 5x version and so far I am loving it. I have not used essence before and when I tried it, I was shocked of the effects even after just 3 days of using it. I guess, I'll try the Artemesia one soon.

Actually, I haven't tried the OG yet (when I was going to, they reformulated it to remove licorice extract so I thought it might not be as effective) but then they launched the mugwort version and then red algae and I got confused LOL Good to know that the red algae version has some cooling properties and the mugwort version was hydrating and soothing for you - will definitely try those out!!
I love the artemisia and red algae. The OG doesn't work for me. Just saw NEW artemisia range, I wonder if it is a new generation of the old range. Packaging seems nice on picture too.

Depending how sensitive your skin is, I would recommend artemisia if your skin's super sensitive but if brightening is your top priority, then I'd go for the OG!

Would it be safe to say that I can use these products but with a different moisturizer? I have a new jar of Shiseido white lucent brightening gel cream.
I've only tried the mist bottle in-store as a sample version. It's literally the same product in a different bottle- if you like to use your hands less and wish for something lighter to carry around, the mist can work great.

Hi, thanks for watching! It’s an essence that you can use before your serum step, this is what I would recommend: - Essence - Toner (if none, ok to skip) - Serum - Moisturizer
I'm thinking to buy the Red Alggae as toner after cleansing and follow by my favourite Laneige Cream Skin, is it OK to use both at same time? Have you try b4?

I want brightening and acne spot removing, hyper pigmentation removing, even skin tone. My skin type is dry Pls tell me among these three which one will be perfct for my goals? Focus more on brightening complexion by 1/2 shade

Hi Cystall, I've heard the red one is helping if you have acne. I don't know which one is better between the artemisia or the red algae. Which one do you recommend for acne prone skin?
I'd personally recommend the artemisia one for acne prone skin. I have acne prone skin and I enjoy all three, but the artemisia one specifically has been better for soothing and calming down redness and inflammation so that's my pick!
Mine is oily skin type but in winter , my skin become dry for almost 30 minutes after I wash and after that back to oily skin and I got pimple scare and ugly pores .. which one shall I try ??? 😁
Hi, which one would you say is great for acne prone skin and help with acne? I watched a few videos. Some said the red some said the artemisia. The regular one has brightening effect which seems like it can help with my dark spots/ blemishes from acne scars. What do you think?

I personally wouldn't recommend it, just as I wouldn't use three different types of the same type of product together! You can use one during the day and one at night?

Hey I’m new subscriber. love your video. It is so to the point and informative, I tried the OG one as I’m dealing with wrinkles and fine lines but too bad i found out I might have fungal acne because everytime I use the OG one some white lil bumps gonna came out, since the OG one is yeast fermented I guess yeah it is not for me, too bad it was too late for me since I knew it after I bought and try it, now the OG just sit down on my shelf unused. From your review I’m interested to try the Mugwort and the Red Algae. Check my channel and my skincare video too if you got time.

However got a bit of question, the Missha staff told me that i can use the Red Algae in the morning and Artemesia at night, is that right and if so, what moisturizer goes well with any of the 3 essences. @@Daysleeper00 However you want to use it is up to you- Any moisturizer will go with any of the three essences in my opinion. I use one essence at time for both AM & PM depending on my skin condition!
